For years, Agrodite has worked at the roots of Indonesian agriculture, helping smallholder farmers improve their yields and soil health. While that mission remains close to our heart, we recognized a massive, unaddressed challenge in the sector: the systemic waste of agricultural residues.

Today, Agrodite is evolving. We have scaled our focus to become Indonesia’s leading consultancy for the Circular Bio-Economy. We believe that agricultural waste isn’t a problem to be managed—it is an industrial asset waiting to be unlocked.
